BPiON Ukraine (part of the BPiON Group) is an outsourcing company specializing in payroll, accounting, HR services, and corporate governance, with many years of experience across Central and Eastern Europe.

Due to the expansion of our projects, we are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our accounting department and support our client companies. We are seeking an accountant based in Poland to work remotely for BPiON Ukraine in Lviv.

Who we are looking for?

Full payroll cycle: calculation of salaries, advances, vacation pay, sick leave, and other interim payments, including payroll for companies with Diia City resident status
Calculation and withholding of all payroll-related taxes and other deductions
Preparation of monthly files, reports, and documentation resulting from payroll calculations: postings, payroll sheets, payment lists, etc.
Preparing payment requests for salaries and taxes; monitoring tax payments
Preparation and submission of mandatory reports: unified reporting on social contributions and personal income tax, statistical reports, temporary disability reports
Communication with clients on payroll calculation rules and data accuracy
Monitoring changes in legislation
Supporting audits and other checks within the area of responsibility
Business trip expense accounting: processing travel advance reports, calculating daily allowances, transportation and accommodation reimbursements (as needed)

Requirements:

Has experience in a similar position - min. 3 years,
Great knowledge about Ukrainian Labour Law, Taxes,
Is able to use MS Excel - advanced level,
He speaks English on basic / intermediate,
Higher economic education - finance, accounting, management, HR,
High communication skills (spoken and written),
Open to working with different ERP systems,
Has good organization of working time.
