Job description:

Bookkeeping (full accounting),
Organizing the work and verifying the outsourced tasks to a small team (1-2 people) that supports in daily customer service,
Preparation of VAT, CIT and JPK declarations,
Entering and posting accounting documents
Perform month-end closing activities (general ledger, fixed assets, warehouse ledger, cost accounting and accruals),
Independent preparation of periodic and annual financial statements,
Reporting to external institutions in accordance with the deadlines under Polish law (Tax Office, NBP, US),
Ongoing contact with clients (e-mail and telephone) - both in Polish and English,
Cooperation with internal and external auditors.

We are looking for a person, who:

Knows English - communicative level in speech and writing
Has experience in a similar position,
Has good organization of working time,
Able to manage a small team (2-3 people),
Is able to use MS Excel,
Has a university degree in economics - finance, accounting,
Has strong communication skills (oral and written),
Is open to working with different systems (including Enova365, SAP),
Has a positive attitude and enjoys sharing knowledge,
Has a desire to grow and gain new experiences,
Values professional, partnership and friendly relationships in the workplace,
Wants to have an impact on the place where he works.
