BPiON Poland Sp. z o.o. is expanding its operations in Warsaw and is currently seeking a HR Generalist.
Job description
  • Close cooperation with the payroll service provider,
  • Maintaining HR and payroll records (absence records, health and safety, medical examinations, PPK, others),
  • Entering data into the HR and payroll system and controlling its correctness/timeliness, 
  • Monitoring changes in the law and their implementation in the company (creation of regulations and local procedures),
  • Maintenance of personnel files and their archiving including responsibility and management of electronic workflow,
  • Handling processes related to hiring and termination of employment contracts,
  • Preparation of reports on employee matters,
  • Benefit management,
  • Management of the Social Security Fund - experience in drafting rules and regulations is welcome,
  • Administration related to remote work,
  • Active role in on-boarding and off-boarding of employees,
  • Support in organising training for employees.
We are looking for person, who:
  • Has experience in a similar position - about 2-3 years,  
  • Is able to use MS Excel - advanced level,  
  • Knows English - intermediate level,  
  • Has a university degree or a course in the field of human resources,
  • Has strong communication skills (oral and written),  
  • Is open to working with various ERP systems (knowledge of Enova365 welcome),  
  • Has good organisation of working time.
